1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using Sikaba Systems software, you agree to these terms.

2. Licences

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the relevant software for the subscription period. Licences are per-organisation unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payments

All payments are processed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via Paystack. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Contact us at sikalrlq@sikabasystems.com to request a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sikaba Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
