7. Sikaba Systems Managed Deployment
Sikaba Systems may offer a managed deployment option under which Ahonya Systems provides deployment, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, technical support, infrastructure management, or related services.
Initial deployment may be provided at no additional charge where specifically stated in the applicable quotation or service arrangement.
Ongoing managed services may require a recurring monthly fee.
Customers using managed deployment must provide reasonable access and permissions required for us to perform the agreed services.
This may include access to:
- Hosting platforms.
- Servers.
- Databases.
- DNS systems.
- Cloud infrastructure.
- Domain-management systems.
- Relevant third-party services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s failure to provide required access or cooperation.
8. Payment and Pricing
